iCare program helps Brookline residents get to eye appointments

The Brookline Senior Center is pleased to announce that they are now able to offer free transportation for eye care appointments. This program operates under the auspices of the HELP Program (Brookline’s subsidized home care program for seniors).

This program is open to Brookline senior residents aged 60+, and transportation is limited to the greater Boston area. The iCare program is sponsored through a generous grant from ITNAmerica.

Rides to and from appointments are free.

Please call the HELP Program at (617) 730-2752 to schedule a ride to and from your appointment. Please call one week prior to your appointment.

When you call, you will be asked if there are special accommodations you require.
The HELP Program will talk with participants about the best method of getting them to and from their appointments.
